Specter Instruments, Inc. dba WIN-911 Software (“WIN-911”) has been sold to the CapStreet Group (“CapStreet”). Based in Austin, Texas, WIN-911 is the #1 US provider of a real-time critical performance data notification software platform for the water & wastewater, food & beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, oil & gas and infrastructure markets. WIN-911 Software’s solutions are integrated with leading SCADA systems provided by industrial automation players such as Schneider Electronic and Rockwell Automation, among others, and provide critical performance and event alerts to customers allowing for reduced downtime and optimised operations even with less staff onsite. With over 18,000 total installations worldwide, it is the most widely used software in the water & wastewater treatment industry. WIN-911 employees 30 people.
