Vicky joined EC M&A as the first employee in 1993. Prior to that, she was a Financial Analyst on the M&A team of Dresdner Bank (now Commerzbank). Vicky has worked in EC M&A’s New York and Frankfurt offices and is now based in London. Vicky graduated Cum Laude with an AB degree from Harvard University and earned an MBA degree from the New York University Stern School of Business. A native of Hong Kong, Vicky is fluent in Chinese, English and German. She is a Registered Securities Principal with Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA licences.
