Veralto Corporation (“Veralto”), the leading provider of industrial inspection and water quality technologies, through its subsidiary Esko-Graphics BV (“Esko”), a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods, has divested Advanced Vision Technology Ltd. (“AVT”) to Porat Itay Holdings Ltd., (“Porat Itay”).
AVT, headquartered in Israel, specializes in premium in-line print inspection solutions designed for flexible packaging and label production. The company supports high-precision quality assurance and defect detection processes for critical applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets. AVT’s technology portfolio includes advanced hardware and proprietary software tailored to meet the stringent demands of global converters and printing press OEMs.
Veralto, the spin-off of Danaher Corporation’s Environmental and Applied Solutions (“EAS”) segment, along with its subsidiaries, focuses on advanced solutions in water quality, product identification, and industrial inspection.
Porat Itay is a private company based in Israel, founded by Roy Porat and Yaron Itay. Roy Porat had previously held the role of President, AVT from 2020 until 2022, and Yaron Itay has successfully built and led several industrial technology companies in Israel.
