(“Industrial Physics”), a portfolio company of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”). The addition of SpecMetrix into Industrial Physics’ expanding family of specialist testing brands further increases the range of quality testing solutions available to end markets across the world. Financial details were not disclosed.
