Saur has agreed to acquire Natural Systems Utilities (NSU)

Saur Group (“Saur”) has signed an agreement to acquire Natural Systems Utilities (“NSU”), a US-based provider of water and wastewater management through onsite and decentralized solutions.

Headquartered in Issy-Les-Moulineaux and privately owned by private equity firms, EQT, DIF Capital Partners, and PGGM, Saur serves as a pure-play water and essential services provider, guided by its purpose: to restore to water the value it deserves. Saur operates globally with 12,000 employees and 20 million consumers served worldwide. 2022 group net revenue of €1.9 billion.

Established in 1984, NSU, a portfolio company of XPV Partners, is a national leader in distributed water reclamation and reuse innovation, currently operating over 270 systems across the United States, including the largest base of onsite reuse and natural treatment systems. With over 40 years of experience, NSU has built the unique capability to structure a full range of design, build, operations and ownership project solutions.
