Based in Beijing, Richard joined EC M&A in 2011.  Prior to joining EC M&A, Richard was a Board member of xG Technology (AIM:XGT:L). He was the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Deutsche Bank’s $200M Private Equity Angel Fund. Preceding Deutsche Bank, he was the CFO and SVP of Grupo TACA Airlines. Before the airline business, he was at JP Morgan Chase (formerly Chemical Bank) for eleven years. In his free time, Richard founded Guerrilla Entertainment, a music and film company which he sold in 2005. Richard holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and he earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, in Virginia.
