Lars joined EC M&A’s Frankfurt office in 2026. He has more than 20 years of experience advising private equity clients, family-owned businesses and corporates on acquisitions, sell-sides and capital raises. Prior to EC M&A, Lars led the Healthcare M&A effort in Europe at Stephens. Before Stephens, he was a senior banker in Harris Williams’ Healthcare and Life Sciences Group, focused on sponsor and corporate sell-side in Europe. He began his career in Industrials M&A at DC Advisory. Lars holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, PA., USA and has a Diplomkaufmann degree from EBS Business School, Oestrich Winkel, Germany.
