Phoseon Technology (“Phoseon”), a designer and manufacturer of LED-based industrial curing and scientific illumination solutions, has been sold to Excelitas Technologies (“Excelitas”), a portfolio company of AEA Investors.

Phoseon Technology is a US-based manufacturer of energy efficient UV LED curing technologies. By maximizing UV energy across relevant wavelengths, Phoseon provides solutions to a wide-range of applications, including LED curing, chromatography, decontamination, disinfection, fluorescence imaging, and photochemistry.
