Novuspar Participações Societárias Ltda., holding company of the NOVUS Group (“NOVUS“), a Brazil-based developer and manufacturer of industrial automation solutions, has signed a definitive agreement for the sale of 100% of its share capital to Gefran S.p.A. (“Gefran“), a Borsa Italiana (STAR segment) listed provider of sensors, components and solutions for industrial process automation and control.
