OINDP Scientific HoldCo Inc., an independently managed investment subsidiary of funds managed by Investindustrial, a global investment firm, has acquired Proveris Scientific Corporation (“Proveris”), a provider of testing instrumentation for orally inhaled and nasal drug products.
Proveris designs and manufactures spray and aerosol testing instrumentation, software and laboratory solutions for the pharmaceutical industry with a specialization on orally inhaled and nasal drug products (“OINDP”). Proveris’ technologies are embedded in customer workflows and regulatory processes, serving a diverse and global customer base of branded and generic pharmaceutical companies, contract development organizations, device makers, and regulatory agencies.
