Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI) has acquired BM&M Screening Solutions Ltd. (“BM&M”).
BM&M is an international manufacturer of high-speed, high-capacity gyratory screens that specializes in providing custom-built high-speed gyratory screening solutions for all dry bulk material industries worldwide.
BM&M will operate as a business unit of Hillenbrand’s Rotex Global to advance Rotex’s vision of being “the company customers call first for their screening needs.” Hillenbrand plans to expand BM&M globally by leveraging Rotex’s sales channels, manufacturing footprint, and diverse product offerings.
