Evan is a founder and Managing Director of EC M&A and is based in London. He leads the firm’s life sciences and industrial technologies banking practice.  Before EC M&A, he helped to establish Deutsche Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions group, advising leading global companies on cross-border and domestic transactions in Europe and the United States. Earlier, he was an investment analyst at MONY Group (now AXA). Evan earned his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
