Based in New York, David joined EC M&A in 2020.  Prior to EC M&A, he ran the life science tools, biomanufacturing, and diagnostics investment banking effort at Janney Montgomery Scott. Before Janney, David was a senior banker for healthcare at Natixis, focused on corporate and sponsor acquisition activity in the US, Europe, and Asia.  He began his career as an equity research analyst covering medical devices, diagnostics, and life science tools at Schroders and Morgan Stanley.  David holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
