CIRCOR International, Inc. announced the divestiture of Sagebrush Pipeline Equipment Company (“Sagebrush”) through a management buyout agreement. Sagebrush, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, provides engineering, design, and fabrication of custom skids for measurement, control, and operation of oil and gas pipelines.
