Ratos subsidiary Biolin Scientific Holding AB has divested Analytical Instruments (Biolin Scientific AB), a subsidiary in the Biolin Group, to the listed company AddLife.
Analytical Instruments has about 60 employees, with annual sales of approximately SEK 100m and operating EBITA of approximately SEK 6m based on the most recent 12 months as per September 2016.
