Arcaris Management GmbH, through Arcaris Elektronik Holding GmbH, (together “Sellers”) has sold DOLI Elektronik GmbH (“DOLI”) to ZwickRoell Group. Based in Münsingen, Germany, DOLI is a leading independent provider of digital control components for materials research and quality control in the field of destructive mechanical testing.
With more than 40 years of history, DOLI offers closed-loop controllers, software and equipment accessories as well as system and modernization solutions to machine manufacturers, materials research laboratories and institutes as well as universities worldwide. DOLI’s solutions are designed to offer flexibility and robustness, covering a large number of tests, materials and applications resulting in one of the lowest failure rates and can be applied with a variety of destructive testing systems independent of make, type or manufacturer.
