Aramsco, Inc. (“Aramsco”) has acquired substantially all of the assets of Sovereign Industries, Inc. (“Sovereign”). Based in Euclid, Ohio, Sovereign distributes janitorial supplies and equipment to customers in government, education, commercial, and other market segments. Sovereign specializes in schools, office buildings, and medical facilities.
