Aramsco, Inc. (“Aramsco”) has acquired Envirochemical, Inc. (“Envirochemical”). Based in Solon, Ohio, Envirochemical has been a provider of janitorial and sanitary supplies to customers in Ohio and the Great Lakes Region since 1991. Envirochemical serves a wide variety of markets including industrial, commercial, municipal, healthcare, education, retail, grocery, contractors, and property management facilities. Envirochemical will continue to provide its customers with the service and quality products they’ve come to expect, while also providing access to the full product line offered through Aramsco.
For over 50 years, Aramsco and its family of companies have been serving the needs of specialty contractors and other customers in diverse commercial markets, such as the chemical, equipment & instrument, parts, plastic & adhesives, safety & PPE, services, tools & supplies, and truckmount markets, in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
