Aquarius Spectrum Ltd (“Aquarius Spectrum”) has been sold to Aliaxis SA (“Aliaxis”). Based in Netanya, Israel, Aquarius Spectrum is a leading acoustic water leak detection solutions provider.
Aquarius Spectrum offers both fixed and mobile leak detection sensors, as well as pipe condition assessment solutions for water infrastructure. The Company’s solutions are used for water loss reduction, burst prevention, pipe condition assessment, and optimization of maintenance & operational costs. The Company employs ~20 professionals.
Aliaxis, based in Belgium, is a leading provider of advanced piping systems for building, infrastructure, industrial and agriculture applications. Aliaxis generated revenue of €3.7 billion in 2021 and employs over 14,000 employees. Aquarius Spectrum will be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjacent businesses in the field of water management and preservation.
