Based in London, Alan joined EC M&A in 2002. He previously worked at Standard & Poor’s Corporation in New York where he analyzed, established and changed the credit ratings on debt issuers. He was also an investment banker for eight years at a major U.S. regional investment bank.  Immediately before joining EC M&A, Alan served as Chief Financial Officer at a U.S. publicly traded company. Alan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a BA in Finance and obtained his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Alan is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
